Airship is looking for a Campaign Services Specialist to join its Strategic Services team and support some of the world’s best-known brands with customer engagement work across multiple channels. The company’s platform helps growth-focused teams design, test, and coordinate personalized experiences across apps, websites, email, SMS, wallets, and other touchpoints. In this role, you would act as a hands-on campaign expert and trusted advisor, helping customers plan, launch, analyze, and improve campaigns while working closely with internal teams.

What the role involves

  • Deliver campaign messages and customer journeys from beginning to end, with attention to quality and timely completion.
  • Run the full campaign process, including campaign briefing, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and securing customer approval.
  • Build and interpret performance reporting inside Airship’s platform so customers receive clear, useful insights and recommendations.
  • Apply digital marketing expertise and platform knowledge to guide customers on campaign strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Consultants and Customer Experience colleagues to improve customer adoption of the platform and shorten the time it takes customers to see value.
  • Provide initial training and follow-up training to customers when needed.
  • Collect user feedback and share it with Product and other internal stakeholders so it can inform future improvements.
  • Stay informed about new releases, channel updates, and functionality changes across Airship’s product set so recommendations remain current and relevant.
  • Accept that duties may evolve over time and that additional tasks may be assigned as business needs change.

What Airship is looking for

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns for a global brand and/or in a SaaS marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A team-oriented approach, along with the ability to work effectively on your own.
  • Strong organization, project management, and time management skills, including the ability to handle several customers and projects at once.
  • Comfort using AI tools in a practical way to improve efficiency and the confidence to explain data-driven platform features to customers.

Additional experience that would be especially helpful

  • Ability to read and write HTML in order to customize messages beyond the standard platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with mobile and messaging channels such as iOS, Android, SMS, mobile wallet, email, and web.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Responsys, or Adobe.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar products.

Working arrangement and travel

Airship uses a digital-first approach to work, with many roles able to be performed remotely some or most of the time. This specific position is fully remote and is based in the U.K. The role may require travel of up to 10% depending on business needs or at the request of the manager.
