What you will do

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for sales account executive and sales leadership positions across EMEA, managing each search from intake and calibration through final offer and close.
  • Lead sourcing efforts by creating fresh pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and targeted outreach campaigns, with the aim of maintaining two to three times the required pipeline coverage for each opening.
  • Work directly with Sales RVPs and Directors to anticipate hiring needs, shape role profiles, align on compensation expectations in the market, and advise on tradeoffs in the hiring process.
  • Keep hiring processes structured and efficient by managing scorecards, interview plans, and recruiting data quality, while ensuring candidates have a strong and professional experience.
  • Provide weekly status updates on open roles and pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action to preserve hiring momentum.
  • Support hiring for GTM leaders across Southern Europe as part of the wider EMEA recruiting effort.
  • Operate with a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes quickly.

What the company is looking for

  • At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS.
  • At least three years of experience recruiting for GTM or sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and converting them into hires using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent searches, ideally around eight to twelve at a time, while meeting or exceeding goals for quality of hire, time to fill, and offer acceptance.
  • Strong knowledge of structured interviewing methods, compensation fundamentals, and negotiating complex offers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage projects and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build processes and solutions in a changing environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to move between big-picture strategy and detailed execution.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to tackle difficult challenges directly.
  • A collaborative approach that values trust, candor, and ongoing feedback.
  • A growth-oriented attitude and a habit of actively seeking feedback to improve performance.
  • Preferred experience in cybersecurity or networking, particularly for enterprise and strategic sales hiring.
  • Preferred experience hiring sales account executives and sales leaders in Southern Europe, plus professional fluency in French.
  • Preferred experience using sourcing enhancement tools such as Gem or SeekOut, along with talent intelligence and detailed market mapping.
  • Preferred evidence of helping drive diversity sourcing and of calibrating interview teams to support inclusive hiring.
  • Preferred experience building hiring playbooks, dashboards, or recruiting programs for GTM scale-up environments.
