Bloombergâs Electronic Trading Solutions team brings together the companyâs cross-asset electronic trading capabilities into a single group, supporting both buy-side and sell-side clients with trading tools and analytics. The platform helps clients stage, monitor, trade, clear, allocate, and carry out transaction cost analysis within one environment, while also supporting workflow capture, terminal retention, and revenue-generating solutions that work with Bloomberg and non-Bloomberg order management systems.
This position is focused on driving growth across Switzerland and Monaco, with coverage of a highly influential client segment that includes private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and asset managers. The role is designed for someone who can deepen relationships with sophisticated financial institutions, expand the use of Bloombergâs fixed income electronic trading solutions, and help influence how clients access liquidity and execute trades across markets. You will work closely with colleagues in Electronic Trading Services, Enterprise Sales, and Product to strengthen Bloombergâs presence in a region that is strategically important to the business.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key financial institutions across the assigned region.
- Support Bloombergâs strategic push by increasing adoption of fixed income electronic trading solutions.
- Work with clients to uncover workflow issues and help them use the terminal and other major Bloomberg products more effectively.
- Take ownership of regional coverage and proactively identify users who may be at risk so you can help defend and retain the business.
- Plan and execute usage campaigns, including both self-generated initiatives and programs driven by management priorities.
- Build a deep understanding of Bloombergâs product set and how those tools fit into market workflows and client operations.
- Explain and demonstrate relevant solution functionality in a way that is tailored to the needs of different customer types.
- Bring forward ideas that anticipate client requirements and respond to emerging needs.
- Participate in new projects and broader initiatives at both the departmental and firm level.
- Use your understanding of the market environment to support commercial conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
What Bloomberg is looking for

- Readiness to travel regularly for business.
- Fluency in French, which is essential for the client coverage required in this role.
