This role is part of Diligentâs sales development team and is focused on creating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and early-stage engagement with potential customers. The position is aimed at helping drive the companyâs growth by building a strong pipeline, generating interest in Diligentâs products, and representing the brand in conversations with prospects. It is a target-oriented role that calls for strong communication, product understanding, and the ability to influence decision-makers. The role is centered on the France and Benelux markets.
What you will do
- Use lead-generation platforms and sales tools to identify contacts and build precise prospect lists, drawing on resources such as cold-calling tools, LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
- Carry out outbound sales development activity across email, telephone, and social channels to reach new prospects.
- Ask well-chosen questions to identify the right decision-makers and assess whether an opportunity is a good fit.
- Create interest in Diligentâs solutions and help move prospects toward the next stage of the sales process.
- Set up meetings and product demonstrations on account executivesâ calendars and record all relevant activity in the CRM system.
- Work toward or exceed the performance goals and KPIs established by the business.
- Support teammates by sharing effective approaches that can improve team results overall.
- Handle additional tasks when business priorities require it.
