This graduate opportunity is part of the Analyst team and is designed for bright, motivated people from any degree background who want to build a career in healthcare technology. The work is varied and hands-on, combining elements of business analysis, systems analysis, and project management. You would be helping to shape software used in real healthcare environments, learning how to translate user needs into practical product improvements and working closely with developers to turn ideas into working functionality.
The role is described as fast-moving and broad in scope, so you would not be doing the same thing every day. Instead, you would move between different projects and healthcare settings, gaining exposure to a range of challenges and learning opportunities. One assignment might involve improving tools that help a hospital manage patient flow in a busy emergency department. Another could involve helping to design and deliver an app for patients in a rural community in another country. The company presents this as a chance to keep learning while contributing to technology that has a real-world impact.
What you would do
- Join the Analyst team and contribute to projects across a variety of healthcare settings.
- Work with healthcare users and stakeholders to understand what they need from the system or product.
- Collaborate with software developers to define and design new features and functionality.
- Take on work that blends analysis, systems thinking, and project coordination.
- Support projects that improve operational processes in healthcare, including patient-flow management in hospitals.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of applications for patients in different locations, including international and rural settings.
- Adapt quickly to different project types and continue building knowledge through varied assignments.
