What you will do

What the role offers

  • A chance to build commercial skills early, including sales, negotiation, relationship building, and leadership capability.
  • Exposure to major clients and the opportunity to understand how leading investment and advisory firms use expert insight.
  • A clear path for progression, with the company stating that every manager began in the Associate role and that promotion can happen within about two years for strong performers.
  • An annual personal development allowance to support your growth.
  • A performance-driven environment where strong results can lead to rapid career advancement.

Who they are looking for

  • Someone with business fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, at C1 level or higher.

  • A confident communicator who is happy to pick up the phone and speak with new people.
  • A naturally curious person who learns quickly and enjoys solving complex problems.
  • Someone who can build rapport quickly, think quickly in conversation, and stay resilient when challenges arise.
