Third Bridge is hiring for an early-career client services role in London focused on engaging experts and supporting clients with high-value research needs. The business is a global research firm that helps investors and business leaders make better decisions by connecting them with specialist knowledge across sectors, regions, and topics. This position is designed as a fast-moving commercial launchpad for someone who wants to build a career in sales, account management, leadership, research, and related fields.

The company describes itself as a large international team with a long track record of helping clients access expert knowledge on demand, including through live expert conversations and a library of company coverage. The role is aimed at people who are competitive, confident, comfortable speaking with strangers, and eager to progress quickly in a target-driven environment.

What you will do

  • Manage client projects from beginning to end, making sure you understand the exact brief and then arrange expert conversations that fit the client’s needs.
  • Identify, contact, and persuade industry experts to take part in calls, often working under very tight deadlines.
  • Spend a large part of your day making outbound calls, handling objections, and winning agreement from specialists across a wide range of industries.
  • Balance several projects and clients at once while maintaining speed, accuracy, and a high level of service.
  • Build knowledge quickly about different markets, business models, and regulatory environments so you can respond effectively to client requests.
  • Introduce and cross-sell the wider Third Bridge product set, including the content library, surveys, advisory services, and one-to-one expert calls.
  • Work with high-profile clients such as private equity firms, hedge funds, and consultancies, helping them access the insights they need.

What the role offers

  • A strong commercial foundation, including experience in sales, negotiation, relationship building, and early leadership development.
  • Direct exposure to clients and the chance to work with well-known firms in the investment and consulting world.
  • A clear path for progression, with the company stating that every manager began in the Associate role and that promotion can happen within two years.
  • An annual personal development allowance to support learning and career growth.

Who they are looking for

  • Someone with business fluency in Swedish, another Nordic language, Danish, or Icelandic, with both written and spoken ability at C1 level or higher.
  • A person with strong intellectual ability, ambition, and evidence of leadership or extracurricular involvement.
  • Applicants who can show grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
  • Someone who is comfortable starting conversations by phone and in person and who can build rapport quickly.
  • A resilient, motivated individual who enjoys working toward and beyond targets.
  • A quick learner who is naturally curious and able to solve complex problems.
  • Someone who can think on their feet and stay effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Candidates at the start of their careers, including graduates and others seeking an entry-level commercial role.

Pay, perks, and culture

  • Expected first-year total earnings are around £51,000 to £68,000, depending on performance.
  • The package includes a £40,000 base salary plus an uncapped bonus that becomes available after the first month.
  • Benefits include health, dental, vision, and pension contributions, along with additional support.
  • Holiday entitlement is 25+ days, with extra flex days included.
  • You can work from anywhere for one month each year.
  • The company highlights a lively, supportive environment with social events and professional development opportunities.
