What the role involves
As a Client Services Associate, you will be central to connecting clients with the expert knowledge they need. The work is highly commercial and often time-sensitive, with much of the day spent speaking to specialists by phone, persuading them to share their experience, and arranging calls that help clients make better decisions.
- Take ownership of projects from beginning to end, making sure you fully understand each client brief and coordinate the right expert conversations.

Pay, perks, and development
The expected total first-year earnings are between £51,000 and £68,000, based on average to strong performance. This includes a £40,000 base salary and an uncapped bonus that can be earned from the first month.
