Implementation Specialists at TPP help new customers plan and deliver the rollout of SystmOne, the companyâs healthcare software platform. The role is centred on managing implementation projects from start to finish, making sure each migration is carefully organised, safely delivered, and completed to a high standard. Work can involve both UK-based and international projects, so the position offers a broad mix of responsibilities and exposure to different healthcare settings.
Projects can vary widely from week to week. One assignment might involve preparing an implementation for a mental health trust in the UK, while another could mean working with a family doctor in China to confirm that data has transferred correctly. Because many of these projects involve very large patient populations, the role carries real responsibility for ensuring that migrations are secure, accurate, and successful.
The implementation team works closely with other departments across the business to handle customer issues and solve complicated problems. It is involved throughout the full implementation journey, beginning with the initial contract stage and continuing through project planning, direction, delivery, and making sure the customer is happy with both the product and the service they receive.
Although the role is substantial and responsibility comes early, TPP does not require applicants to have prior experience in IT, healthcare, or project management. Candidates who communicate well and are eager to learn can be trusted with meaningful responsibility within the first few weeks. The position also offers the chance to work with other parts of the organisation, giving exposure to areas such as finance, HR, and recruitment.
