What the role involves

• Researching the legal and commercial environment in new markets in the UK and overseas.

• Helping to put in place the corporate structures needed to support and deliver new ventures.
• Supporting the preparation of bids for new work, including national frameworks and other high-value contracts.
• Reviewing internal policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
• Managing contract performance so that customer expectations are consistently met.
• Meeting with key stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and any changes to existing agreements.
• Taking the lead on delivering agreed contract terms and variations once they have been negotiated.
• Working closely with colleagues across all parts of the company to make sure agreements are implemented successfully.
