The business is seeking an engineer who can work independently and confidently own technical decisions. The ideal candidate will have practical experience across electronics design and development, along with the ability to solve engineering problems and communicate clearly with others.

  • Experience in analogue electronics design.
  • PCB design experience, including schematic capture.
  • Knowledge of digital electronics and microcontrollers.
  • Experience testing electronics and finding faults.
  • Confidence using laboratory test equipment.
  • Background in product development and engineering problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly in writing and in reports.
  • Comfort working independently and taking responsibility for technical choices.
  • Experience working with suppliers, customers, or internal stakeholders on technical matters would be valuable.

Package and opportunity

The role is permanent and offers a salary of £50,000 to £65,000.
