This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates in the EMEA region. It is designed to help new analysts connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRockâs mission, principles, and wider purpose. The programme starts with an orientation that introduces the firmâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities, and also gives insight into what an analystâs day-to-day work is like. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through training and professional learning opportunities while staying connected with colleagues across the globe.
What the programme involves
- Join a structured two-year analyst experience intended to support professional growth at the start of your career.
- Begin with an onboarding and orientation period that explains BlackRockâs purpose, business, and strategic direction.
- Learn what the analyst role looks like in practice before moving into team-based work.
- Work within your assigned team after orientation and contribute to the firmâs day-to-day activity.
- Remain connected with peers and colleagues across different regions through ongoing training and development.
- Contribute to BlackRockâs broader aim of helping more people achieve financial well-being.
Who can apply
- The programme is open to candidates who will graduate with a bachelorâs or masterâs degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
- Applicants from any degree subject are welcome; there is no requirement for a specific academic background.
- Applicants should be targeting roles in the EMEA region and be prepared for location-specific requirements.
- For roles in Continental Europe, fluency in the local language is required.
- For Budapest roles, English is sufficient.
- For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also sufficient.
