How the hiring process works
Applicants are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every single criterion. The process begins with an introductory call with Talent Acquisition, lasting around 30 minutes, to discuss your background, motivations, and any questions about the company. This is followed by an interview with Stanislas, the VP of Account Management Global, where the discussion goes deeper into your account management approach, commercial achievements, and motivation for the role. Candidates then take part in values-based interviews with colleagues from different parts of the business to assess alignment with Miraklâs core values. The process concludes with a sales pitch exercise, where you present a strategic approach that demonstrates your commercial thinking and your method for enterprise account management.
