What you will be doing

  • Work directly with Sales RVPs and Directors to understand hiring needs, define the ideal candidate profile, align on market compensation, and guide decisions when there are process or hiring tradeoffs.
  • Keep hiring processes structured and efficient by managing scorecards, interview plans, and accurate recruiting records, all while protecting the candidate experience.
  • Provide regular weekly reporting on open requisitions and pipeline status, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action to preserve hiring momentum.

  • Comfort and capability with structured interviewing, compensation fundamentals, and negotiating complex offers.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form, along with the ability to manage projects and work effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • A strong ability to operate in ambiguity, build process where needed, and stay effective in a changing environment.
  • An ownership mindset, with the ability to move between high-level thinking and detailed execution.
  • A problem-solving approach that focuses on action and practical solutions to difficult hiring challenges.
  • A collaborative working style that includes giving and receiving candid feedback and contributing to a high-trust team environment.
  • A learning-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in personal growth and continuous improvement.

Experience that would help you stand out

  • Prior recruiting experience in cybersecurity or networking, especially for enterprise and strategic sales roles.
  • Experience hiring sales account executives and sales leaders in Southern Europe, plus professional fluency in French.
  • Hands-on use of sourcing enhancement and talent intelligence tools such as Gem or SeekOut, along with detailed market mapping.
  • Demonstrated contribution to diversity sourcing efforts and to calibrating interview teams for more inclusive hiring.
  • Experience building hiring playbooks, dashboards, or recruiting programs for fast-growing go-to-market organizations.
