This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for candidates graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027. The programme is designed to help early-career talent connect their personal interests and strengths with the firm’s mission, principles, and purpose while building practical experience in a global environment.

The programme begins with an orientation that introduces participants to the organisation’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, as well as what the day-to-day experience of an analyst looks like. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through ongoing training and professional development, while remaining connected with colleagues across the world.

• Join your assigned team after orientation and contribute to its work over the course of the programme.

Who can apply

• Applicants must be due to graduate from an undergraduate or master’s programme between June 2026 and July 2027.
• Candidates from any degree discipline are welcome to apply.
• For roles in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.
• For Budapest roles, only English is required.
• For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, only English is required.
• Applicants should be ready to complete a pre-interview assessment after submitting their application.

Programme details
