You will be expected to help define the creative direction, work closely with technical and production partners, and contribute to the development of breakthrough ideas that reflect the Google Marketing brand. - Keep creative intent and technical execution aligned, and introduce technical or creative adjustments when needed to strengthen the story.
- Contribute ideas in a highly collaborative environment and help generate multiple concepts for use across major media formats.
- Take a practical, hands-on approach to making the work by designing, drafting, mocking up, writing, and prototyping ideas yourself.
- Lead by example, offering clear direction and constructive creative feedback that helps projects progress.
- Use editing, animation, and other storytelling methods to quickly build prototypes in a resourceful, often scrappy way.
- Operate effectively in a flexible environment that changes frequently and requires openness to new influences and inspiration.

- At least 9 years of experience in a creative discipline such as writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, or photography.
- A portfolio that shows creative work in one or more of the following areas: brand, interactive, conceptual, experiential, or technology-focused design.

- The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
- Confidence in doing hands-on creative work, including design, copy, mockups, and prototyping.
- Strong communication skills for giving and receiving creative direction and feedback.
- Preferred experience: 11 years in a creative discipline.
- Preferred experience using production equipment such as cameras, microphones, and basic lighting setups.
- Preferred familiarity with film or commercial production workflows, including pre-production, script development, editorial work, and finishing preparation.
- Preferred familiarity with generative AI workflows and Google Workspace for collaboration.
