Qualifications Bachelor’s
Category General Jobs
Job Type Full Time

This role sits within Google’s Platforms and Devices organization, which brings together the company’s computing software platforms across desktop, mobile, and applications, along with first-party devices and services. The team focuses on building new technologies and user experiences that make computing faster, smoother, and more seamless, combining Google AI, software, and hardware for people around the world.

As a program manager in this area, you would help coordinate complex, cross-functional work from planning through execution. The role involves working with stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and keep partners informed. Because the work spans multiple teams and often crosses offices, time zones, and regions, strong coordination and communication are important.

What you will do

  • Support the monthly sales and operations planning cycle by working across functions to track follow-up actions that reduce risk and help deliver the business plan.
  • Contribute to a team of regional omni-channel demand planners by carrying out established planning processes with guidance from management, helping the business reach volume goals, control costs, manage inventory effectively, and serve customers well.
  • Handle assigned work on regional projects and improvement efforts, using existing plans and procedures to monitor progress and help strengthen the scalability, reliability, and quality of planning operations.
  • Join collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment conversations with the EMEA regional demand planning group to help improve forecast accuracy and assist senior colleagues in preparing for joint performance reviews.
  • Monitor inventory across channels to help maintain product availability throughout the product lifecycle, and support supply allocation and order fulfillment tracking activities.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least one year of experience in program management or project management.
  • Experience in direct supply and demand planning within an end-to-end supply chain environment, including areas such as forecasting, warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to work with data from different sources to draw useful insights.
  • Foundational project management and communication skills, including the ability to identify stakeholders and engage them with little direction.
  • Exposure to, or interest in, taking new products to market.
  • This is an early-career position for someone who is comfortable completing assigned work, collaborating with teammates, and continuing to build knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
  • English proficiency is required for all Google roles unless the posting states otherwise.
