This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates across the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants build their careers by connecting their personal interests and strengths with the organisation’s mission, principles, and purpose. The programme begins with an onboarding experience that introduces the firm’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, as well as what the analyst role looks like in practice. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through training and professional learning while staying connected with colleagues around the world.

The programme is intended for graduates who will have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027. The expected start month is August, although earlier start dates may be considered. Candidates from any degree background are welcome to apply.

What you will do

  • Take part in a structured two-year analyst experience that combines onboarding, team placement, and ongoing development.
  • Learn about the organisation’s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities during the initial orientation period.
  • Gain insight into the everyday responsibilities and expectations of an analyst at the firm.
  • Join a team after orientation and contribute to its work as part of the wider business.
  • Continue building your skills through training and professional development opportunities throughout the programme.
  • Work with colleagues across the globe and contribute to the organisation’s broader goal of improving financial well-being for more people.

Who can apply

  • Applicants must be on track to graduate with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • There is no restriction on subject area; the programme accepts candidates from any academic discipline.
  • For roles based in Continental Europe, fluency in the local language is required.
  • For Budapest roles, English is the only language requirement.
  • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also sufficient.
  • Applicants should be ready to complete a pre-interview assessment after submitting their application.
  • The assessment invitation must be completed within five days, otherwise the application will be removed from consideration.

Application process and deadlines

After you apply, you will receive an email asking you to complete a pre-interview assessment. You have five days to finish it, and if you do not submit it in time, your application will be automatically withdrawn. The hiring team reviews applications on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.
