This summer internship is an eight-week programme running from June to August across the EMEA region. It is built to give students a demanding, meaningful, and supportive experience that closely reflects what it is like to work as a full-time BlackRock Analyst. Interns begin with an orientation that introduces the firm and includes talks from senior leaders, then move into practical training and real day-to-day work that supports their teams throughout the summer.
The programme also includes development and networking opportunities beyond the core work experience. Interns can expect a speaker series, mentoring, and chances to build connections through a range of networking activities, including events with employee networks. For students who find the experience appealing, there is also the possibility of exploring BlackRockâs Full-Time Analyst Programme after the internship.
