This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates who are finishing a bachelorâs or masterâs degree within the stated graduation window. The programme is designed to help participants connect their interests and strengths with BlackRockâs mission, principles, and purpose, while gaining practical experience in a global financial organisation. It begins with an orientation that introduces the firmâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with an overview of what analysts do in their day-to-day work. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through training and professional learning opportunities across the firm.
The programme is intended to give analysts a meaningful start to their careers and the chance to contribute to BlackRockâs wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. What you will do

Who can apply
- Candidates must be due to graduate with a bachelorâs or masterâs degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
- Applicants from any degree subject are welcome.
- The programme start date is in August, although earlier start dates may be considered.
- For roles in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.
- For Budapest, only English is required.
- For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, only English is required.
- Applicants should be prepared to meet the relevant location deadline and should apply early because applications are reviewed as they arrive.
- After submitting an application, candidates must complete the pre-interview assessment within five days or the application will be withdrawn automatically.
