This role is for a senior product marketing leader who will take ownership of Veeqoâs full product marketing engine. The position sits at the intersection of product and market, with responsibility for shaping how new features are positioned, how launches are planned and executed, how sellers are encouraged to adopt new capabilities, and how the team learns what messaging and value propositions resonate most strongly. The expectation is that this person will set a high standard for product marketing quality, collaboration, and measurable seller impact.
What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of product marketing for Veeqo, covering positioning, messaging, launch strategy, adoption, and insight generation around seller response.
- Act as the strategic connector between the product team and the external market, ensuring each release has a clear audience, a strong value proposition, and a compelling story that supports awareness, activation, and long-term usage.
- Define and improve the way product marketing operates at Veeqo, including how launches are planned, prioritised, and delivered.
- Convert product priorities into practical go-to-market plans that bring together Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Make sure every launch is grounded in clear objectives, target segments, messaging guidance, and measurable success criteria.
- Help determine what gets launched, when it launches, and the rationale behind those decisions, while balancing business value, product readiness, and team bandwidth.
- Serve as the central alignment point across Product, Sales, Lifecycle, and Design so that priorities, timelines, and expectations stay coordinated.
- Manage stakeholders proactively and keep teams focused on common outcomes rather than disconnected deliverables.
- Lead launch execution from start to finish, ensuring all touchpoints are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Identify risks early, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum through launch delivery.
- Keep launches outcome-oriented, with emphasis on adoption, usage, and revenue contribution rather than output alone.
- Design and refine repeatable mechanisms for launch planning, messaging and asset creation, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement.
- Create frameworks, templates, and operating practices that allow the team to scale effectively.
- Improve the consistency, quality, and efficiency of all product marketing work.
- Work with Product and Lifecycle teams to ensure launches translate into genuine seller adoption and product usage.
- Find adoption gaps and collaborate across functions to address them.
- Build feedback loops from Sales, Support, and sellers so future launches and messaging are informed by real-world input.
- Continuously adjust go-to-market approaches based on results and insights.
- Provide Sales and other customer-facing teams with clear, actionable launch materials.
- Keep internal teams aligned on how Veeqo is positioned.
- Partner with Sales leadership to make sure priority initiatives are rolled out effectively and adopted.
- Define success measures for launches and broader go-to-market work, then track them consistently.
- Own reporting on launch performance, adoption, and business impact for business reviews and leadership discussions.
- Use data to shape prioritisation, improve execution, and drive ongoing improvement.
- Ensure product marketing work is clearly connected to measurable business outcomes.
About the team
Veeqo is Amazonâs free multi-channel shipping software, used by 100,000 ecommerce sellers to ship orders, sync inventory, and grow across marketplaces. The product combines Amazonâs scale and innovation with a startup-like pace and mindset. The team is building tools that help sellers ship more efficiently, list products faster, and scale across multiple sales channels.
As part of Amazon, the business benefits from strong integrations, access to Amazonâs seller and carrier programmes, and a growing product set that includes shipping, inventory, reporting, listings, and more. The Integrated Marketing team uses data, seller insight, and creative experimentation to build awareness, drive adoption, and help sellers realise value quickly.
You would join a collaborative group made up of product marketers, lifecycle marketers, designers, and content specialists who move quickly and learn from results. The role involves close partnership with the wider Marketing organisation, Product, Sales, Design, and other Amazon teams to bring new features to market.
What they are looking for
- Hands-on experience with Excel or Tableau, including tasks such as data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Proven ability to build, run, and scale cross-functional marketing programmes.
- Experience leading go-to-market work for consumer software or hardware launches.
- Background in marketing or marketing research.
- Experience using data and metrics to evaluate impact and identify improvements.
- Experience presenting performance data and progress against goals to senior leadership.
- Preferred: experience with SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
- Preferred: experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
