The successful candidate will work in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes for clients while maintaining excellent relationships with creators and agencies.

What you will do

  • Evaluate creator talent for major branded content initiatives and recommend the strongest options using evidence from data and audience insights.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with creators and talent agencies so that agreements support client objectives, creator expectations, and business requirements.
  • Keep scouting the platform for both rising and established creators in order to expand the roster and surface new opportunities for campaigns.
  • Partner with Program Managers and Creative Strategists to develop tailored branded content concepts that feel authentic to creators and relevant to their communities.
  • Handle the briefing, contracting, and supervision of creators through campaign delivery to help ensure work is completed smoothly and to a high standard.
  • Improve influencer programs so they remain engaging, credible, and capable of producing measurable results for advertisers.
  • Review campaign performance, interpret the data, and translate findings into recommendations that can improve future activity.
  • Act as the central contact point between Twitch Ad Sales, creators, and talent agencies, helping relationships run efficiently and productively.
  • Share talent recommendations and campaign results with clients, clearly explaining the strategic thinking behind each choice.
  • Advise colleagues and clients on influencer marketing methods, platform changes, and trends in creator behaviour.
  • Serve as the team’s specialist for influencer-related matters and support broader influencer initiatives.
  • Contribute to an internal talent database by recording creator performance, availability, and client fit.
  • Track shifts in the creator landscape and keep up to date with emerging talent across European markets.

What the role calls for

  • Experience managing creator or talent relationships in the content creation industry, including a track record of negotiating contracts and delivering campaigns successfully.
  • Professional experience in marketing, advertising, gaming, or a similar sector.
  • Confidence in negotiating agreements and maintaining effective working relationships with creators and agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide talent selection and program decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both internal discussions and client meetings.
  • The ability to manage several priorities at once without losing attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of influencer marketing, the creator economy, and digital content trends.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with databases or talent management tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of European creator markets is preferred.
  • English proficiency at CEFR C1 level is preferred for working across European markets, and additional European languages would be beneficial.
