  • Act as a central link between partner engineers, Google Cloud sales teams, and technical leadership by collecting insights from the field and feeding deployment challenges back into internal AI product and engineering groups.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience in partner management, business development, sales, or channel development in the technology industry.

  • Strong capability in owning outcomes, making decisions, handling ambiguous problems, and influencing stakeholders with deep subject-matter expertise.
  • Experience launching partner products and solutions, including sophisticated go-to-market approaches such as multi-partner solutions, cloud marketplace procurement, and consumption-based commercial structures.
  • Experience managing and expanding technology partnerships while working across cross-functional teams both inside and outside the company.
  • Experience operating at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience working with and advising senior leaders at partner companies, including C-level executives.
  • Working knowledge of Google Cloud AI offerings, including Vertex AI, Gemini, and ADK.
  • Familiarity with modern multi-agent systems such as LangGraph and CrewAI, as well as coding agents and open-source developer tool harnesses.
