- Serve as a mentor and positive example for new managers joining the organisation.
- Work on a shift basis at an Amazon site, helping ensure the operation remains as productive and effective as possible.
What the role involves day to day

What Amazon is looking for
- A bachelorâs degree or masterâs degree in a relevant discipline such as business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or a related subject.
- Experience managing people.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders or leaders.
- Experience using data to shape decisions and guide business actions.
- Strong written and spoken English for business settings.
- Preferred knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen approaches.
- Preferred experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar environment.
