The role also emphasizes experimentation, optimization, and the use of AI-enabled workflows to improve marketing impact and efficiency.

What you will do

  • Define and lead the growth strategy for paid users of Google AI Pro and Google AI Plus across EMEA, including identifying the strongest opportunities and deciding how to prioritize markets and investment.
  • Support local co-marketing efforts by creating reusable templates and toolkits and by helping regional teams deliver integrated marketing plans.
  • Represent the EMEA region in discussions with global marketing teams, helping influence worldwide programs and bringing regional growth needs and opportunities into those plans.
  • Take global initiatives and adapt them for EMEA markets, including direct response activity and partner-facing toolkits.
  • Design and run regional scaled marketing programs from end to end, including campaigns that build mid-funnel awareness and engagement.
  • Set up and maintain a testing and learning approach that continuously improves campaign performance.
  • Use AI workflows and AI tools to raise the effectiveness and productivity of marketing work.
  • Partner with regional go-to-market teams to keep priorities focused and drive strong business impact.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least six years of experience in marketing, with work spanning one or more areas such as growth, product, brand, or social marketing.
  • Experience managing projects that require coordination across multiple teams or functions.
  • Consulting experience and experience using behavioural marketing data are desirable.
  • Experience in digital marketing and a good understanding of Google’s products and the wider technology industry are desirable.
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns from planning through execution, including target setting, budget management, and performance reporting, is desirable.
  • Experience with market prioritization and investment allocation is desirable.
  • Familiarity with owned and external digital media channels, first-party data, and privacy requirements is desirable.
  • Ability to manage complex programs involving global, regional, and local stakeholders is desirable.
  • Ability to influence global product and marketing programs and to support local market partners effectively is desirable.
  • This is a mid-level position for someone who can drive progress, solve problems, and mentor less experienced team members.

Pay and benefits

  • The listed salary range for Spain is €90,000 to €92,500.
