Veeqo is looking for a senior product marketing leader to take ownership of the full product marketing engine. The role sits at the centre of how new features are positioned, launched, adopted, and improved, with a strong focus on understanding what matters to sellers and why. You will act as the strategic connection between the product organisation and the market, making sure every release has a clear value proposition, a well-defined audience, and a compelling story that helps drive awareness, activation, and long-term usage. The expectation is to set a high standard for product marketing at Veeqo and to improve the quality of delivery, collaboration, and seller impact across the business.
What you will do
- Take ownership of how product marketing operates at Veeqo, including the way launches are planned, prioritised, and executed.
- Convert product priorities into practical go-to-market plans that can be delivered across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Make sure every launch has clear objectives, the right audience segments, a defined messaging direction, and measurable success criteria.
- Help decide what gets launched, when it launches, and why, while balancing commercial impact, product readiness, and team capacity.
- Serve as the key alignment point across Product, Sales, Lifecycle, and Design so that everyone is working toward the same outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders proactively to keep priorities, timelines, and expectations aligned.
- Drive launch delivery from beginning to end and ensure every touchpoint meets a high standard.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams so launches are delivered on time and with strong execution quality.
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep launch work moving forward.
- Keep launches focused on outcomes such as adoption, usage, and revenue rather than only on output.
- Build and improve repeatable systems for launch planning, messaging and asset creation, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement.
- Create frameworks, templates, and operating practices that help the team scale effectively.
- Improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across all product marketing work.
- Work with Product and Lifecycle teams to make sure launches turn into real seller adoption and product usage.
- Spot adoption gaps and partner with the right teams to address them.
- Set up feedback loops from Sales, Support, and sellers so future launches and messaging are better informed.
- Continuously refine the go-to-market approach using performance data and insights.
- Provide Sales and other customer-facing teams with clear, usable materials for every launch.
- Keep product positioning consistent across internal teams.
- Work with Sales leadership to roll out and embed priority initiatives successfully.
- Define and track launch and go-to-market success measures.
- Own reporting on launch performance, adoption, and business impact for business reviews and leadership updates.
- Use data to shape prioritisation, improve execution, and support continuous improvement.
- Make sure product marketing activity is clearly tied to measurable business outcomes.
