This role sits within Googleâs technical solutions organization supporting advertising clients and product partners, with a focus on the mobile app and gaming ecosystem. The position is centered on combining technical depth, product understanding, and partner management to help external customers get the most value from Googleâs advertising and partnership offerings. The work spans solution design, implementation support, technical troubleshooting, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, product, and go-to-market teams.
The role is intended for someone at an early stage in their career who can carry out assigned work, collaborate effectively with teammates, and continue building knowledge of the relevant systems, products, and processes. What you will do
- Develop strong expertise in the mobile advertising ecosystem and use that knowledge to design technical solutions and implementation approaches for partners.
- Lead technical conversations and engagements with mobile app developers, making sure Googleâs product set is aligned with each partnerâs business goals and growth plans.
- Own and resolve technical escalations raised by business teams and clients, while also creating documentation, tools, and repeatable processes that improve support coverage across the EMEA region.
- Identify practical ways of working that improve business execution, speed up adoption of Google products, and create a scalable model for partner success.
- Act as a bridge between the market and the product organization by feeding back customer and partner insights that help shape strategy, product design, and prioritization.
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Go-to-Market teams to support external clients and partners from early concept and testing through analysis and ongoing support.
- Oversee the technical delivery and business operations connected to Googleâs online advertising platforms and/or partnership programs.
- Balance partner requirements and commercial goals with technical limitations, then develop creative and effective solutions.
- Create tools and automate processes or products where doing so will improve scale, efficiency, and partner support.
- Contribute to product strategy and help determine how work should be prioritized and how resources should be allocated.
What Google is looking for
- A bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Ability to read and write code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred: experience building mobile apps for iOS or Android, or familiarity with the mobile advertising business generation space.
- Preferred: experience working with SQL.
- Preferred: experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Business teams to solve problems that are not clearly defined.
- Preferred: ability to explain technical ideas in a clear and practical way to non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
- Preferred: strong problem-solving skills, including a track record of diagnosing customer-facing issues either in code or in broader system implementations.
- Ability to work in English, since Google states that English proficiency is required for all roles unless the posting says otherwise.

Compensation and benefits
The posting includes location-based salary ranges and notes that the package also contains bonus, equity, and benefits. For France, the listed base salary range is â¬64,000 to â¬66,000 with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
