What you will do
- Develop strong technical and product expertise in the mobile ad business generation ecosystem so you can design effective solutions and implementations for partners.
- Own technical relationships with mobile app developers and align Googleâs product portfolio with their business objectives to support sustained growth and engagement.
- Lead technical work with cross-functional groups across Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and go-to-market functions.
- Investigate and resolve technical escalations raised by business teams and clients, then turn repeated issues into scalable tools, documentation, and workflows that improve support across EMEA.
- Spot and apply best practices that simplify business execution, accelerate adoption of Google products, and create a repeatable model for partner success.
- Act as a feedback channel between the market and product teams, helping shape strategy, design decisions, and prioritization in partnership with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Contribute to concept design, testing, data analysis, and support for Googleâs online advertising platforms and product partnerships.
- Balance partner needs and business goals with technical constraints while proposing creative, practical solutions and serving as a trusted consultant to stakeholders.
- Build tools and automate products where appropriate, while overseeing the technical execution and business operations connected to Google partnerships.
- Help inform product strategy by prioritizing projects and resources based on partner needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
What we are looking for
- A bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Ability to read and write code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience as a developer in the mobile app space, either iOS or Android, or a strong understanding of the mobile advertising business generation industry.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Business teams to solve ambiguous problems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including a track record of debugging customer-facing issues either in code or in broader system implementations.
- Comfort working at an early-career level, where you are expected to complete assigned work, collaborate with teammates, and continue building knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
- English proficiency, which Google says is required for all roles unless the posting states otherwise.
- Ability to select a preferred working location from London, Dublin, or Paris during the application process.
Compensation and benefits
- France compensation is listed at â¬64,000 to â¬66,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Ireland compensation is listed at â¬68,000 to â¬70,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
