This role sits within Google’s gTech organization and focuses on the technical side of relationships with major advertising customers and product partners. The position is centered on helping external partners get the most value from Google’s online advertising products and related partnerships by combining technical expertise, product understanding, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The work involves turning business needs into practical technical solutions, supporting partner success at scale, and feeding real-world insights back into product and go-to-market planning.

You will work closely with teams across Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Go-to-Market to support external clients and partners. The role spans the full lifecycle of technical partnership work, including concept development, testing, data analysis, support, and ongoing operational execution. You will need to balance commercial goals with technical constraints, propose creative and scalable approaches, and help shape how Google’s products and partnership programs evolve.

What you will do

  • Develop strong knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and use that understanding to design technical solutions and implementation approaches for partners.
  • Lead technical conversations and engagements with mobile app developers, making sure Google’s product offerings are aligned with their business goals and growth plans.
  • Manage technical escalations from customers and internal business teams, while also building documentation, tools, and repeatable processes that improve support coverage across EMEA.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business and support workflows, simplify how partners adopt products, and create scalable practices that can be reused across accounts.
  • Act as a bridge between the market and product teams by bringing partner feedback into discussions with Product Management, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to influence strategy, design, and prioritization.
  • Help oversee the technical execution and business operations connected to Google’s advertising platforms and partnership programs.
  • Contribute to automation and tooling efforts that make partner support more efficient and scalable.
  • Support product strategy discussions and help decide which projects and resources should be prioritized for partner-facing work.

What Google is looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Ability to read and write code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Practical experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Preferred background in mobile app development, either on iOS or Android, or familiarity with the mobile advertising business generation space.
  • Preferred experience using SQL.
  • Preferred experience working with Product, Engineering, or Business teams to solve problems that are not clearly defined.
  • Preferred ability to explain technical topics in a way that non-technical stakeholders and external partners can understand.
  • Preferred strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including experience resolving customer issues in code or in broader system implementations.
  • This is an early-career level role, suited to someone who can complete assigned work, collaborate effectively with teammates, and continue building knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
  • English fluency is required for all roles unless the posting says otherwise.
