This position sits within the Partnerships Solutions team in Global Partnerships, where the group supports knowledge and insights partnerships through strategy and operations, go-to-market work, and industry solutions. The team’s remit is to help drive the transformation needed to build the partnerships organization, acting as a central operational engine that enables the function to operate effectively. Its work includes providing strategic insight and thought leadership on important topics, advising business leaders on vertical strategy and organizational design, improving business operations and efficiency, building executive-level narratives, and supporting product commercialization.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Operations and serve as the business operations lead for Knowledge and Insights Partnerships across EMEA. The position combines structured problem-solving with hands-on operational delivery, and it requires close collaboration with the partnerships team as well as colleagues in other regions. You will work directly with the VP for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and with the EMEA leadership team. A major part of the job is to move projects forward, manage operational workflows, and turn data into practical insights that support decision-making. By building a strong understanding of the Global Partnerships and Partnerships Solutions environment, you will help simplify complexity, support important discussions, and ensure strategic initiatives are executed to a high standard.

What you will do

  • Drive cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, making sure schedules, milestones, and deliverables stay on track across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Support the team’s operating cadence by helping with strategic planning, OKR tracking, and the recurring materials needed for business rhythm and review cycles.
  • Analyze data to monitor business performance, identify trends, and contribute to the development of data-driven or AI-enabled tools that improve team efficiency and insight generation.
  • Find operational pain points, propose practical process improvements, and help strengthen how the team works with partners across the business.
  • Draft clear, concise, and compelling materials, including narratives and leadership updates, for internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a contributor who helps move key workstreams forward and keeps priority initiatives progressing smoothly.
  • Use your understanding of the broader partnerships landscape to cut through complexity and support high-quality execution of strategic work.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience.
  • At least four years of experience in one or more of the following areas: go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Practical experience with core business operations activities such as annual planning, headcount management, business reviews, or target setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to analyze data and turn it into insights that shape decisions.
  • Experience working with senior executives and communicating effectively with executive audiences.
  • Ability to adapt reporting and presentations to the needs of different audiences, ask strategic questions, and lead discussions that improve results and efficiency.
  • Experience partnering across functions and influencing people without direct authority to deliver operational excellence, priority programs, process improvements, and change management.
  • Experience in a corporate setting, whether in technology or another industry.
  • Ability to use analytical and investigative tools and methods such as financial modeling, Google Sheets, Python, SQL, or Looker to solve problems, influence business leaders, measure outcomes, and refine recommendations based on results.
  • This is a mid-level position for someone who can drive progress, solve problems, and mentor more junior team members, with deeper expertise and applied knowledge in the relevant area.
  • English fluency is required for all roles unless the posting states otherwise.
