| Location | London |
This role sits within Google Cloudâs partner ecosystem and focuses on building and scaling relationships with AI-focused partners across EMEA. The position is centered on recruiting new partners into the portfolio, helping them adopt Google Cloud services, and coordinating the commercial and technical work needed to turn those partnerships into successful customer outcomes. The role brings together product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partner organizations to align on strategy, shape new solutions, and drive joint go-to-market execution.
In this position, you would be responsible for connecting partner engineering teams with Google Cloudâs sales and technical leadership, ensuring that scarce delivery resources are deployed where they can have the greatest impact, and helping partners operate effectively inside complex enterprise environments. The work is highly cross-functional and requires strong judgment, the ability to manage ambiguity, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders on both the Google and partner sides.
What you would do
- Run the day-to-day coordination of capacity planning so that limited, high-value partner forward-deployed engineering resources are matched to the most important customer opportunities, while keeping track of pipeline progress, staffing plans, and delivery milestones to maintain strong co-sell and implementation performance.
- Support partner teams as they work directly inside enterprise accounts, including helping them navigate complicated customer settings and connect multi-agent orchestration with older enterprise databases and hybrid systems.
- Lead the operational execution of commercial models that help customers realize value faster, improve customer ROI, expand partner business, and increase Google Cloud platform usage.
- Act as a central link between partner engineers, Google Cloud sales teams, and technical leaders by gathering practical feedback and deployment issues from the field and translating those insights back to Cloud AI product and engineering teams.
- Help define the strategy for bringing new partners into the portfolio and accelerate their adoption of Google Cloud offerings.
- Work across product management, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to build executive alignment with partners, develop co-innovation plans for new solutions, and coordinate co-selling between Google Cloud and partner sales organizations.
What Google is looking for
- A bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, sales, or channel development in the technology industry.
- Experience contributing to or coordinating AI/ML transformation initiatives that use a forward-deployed engineering or embedded delivery approach.
- Proven ability to own outcomes, make decisions, work through unclear problems, and influence stakeholders, backed by deep expertise in the domain.
- Experience launching partner products and solutions, including complex channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, cloud marketplace procurement, and consumption-based offerings.
- Experience planning and managing work at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience managing and growing technology partnerships while working across internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with C-level executives at partner companies and being a trusted advisor to them.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud AI products such as Vertex AI, Gemini, and ADK.
- Familiarity with modern multi-agent systems such as LangGraph and CrewAI, along with coding agents and open-source developer tool harnesses.
- English fluency, since Google states that English is required for all roles unless the posting explicitly says otherwise.
