This role sits within Infosys’s SAP practice and is aimed at a highly experienced consultant who can lead complex transformation work across SAP S/4HANA programs. The position calls for deep technical and functional knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to guide clients through major change initiatives from early planning through delivery. The successful candidate will help shape solution architecture, manage client relationships, and drive delivery quality across large-scale SAP engagements.

What you will do

• Lead SAP solution work across multiple end-to-end implementations and transformation programs.
• Take responsibility for client engagement activities from the earliest transformation planning stage through execution, covering Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA approaches.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, assess organizational readiness, and develop practical change strategies.
• Build and maintain the integrated architecture connecting LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM so the S/4HANA program operates with a unified source of truth.
• Link business process design in Signavio to the IT landscape in LeanIX, making sure process changes are supported by clear architectural traceability.
• Lead the clean core delivery approach by coordinating requirements, testing, and deployment activities through SAP Cloud ALM.
• Design and implement WalkMe digital adoption solutions that simplify SAP workflows and help users become fully proficient across the environment.
• Improve automation and data exchange across the toolchain to reduce manual effort within the transformation office.
• Represent Infosys in customer meetings with professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Stay informed about SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
• Support the creation of solution proposals and the estimation of delivery effort when needed.

Experience and skills needed

• Strong practical consulting experience in SAP, with particular depth in SAP S/4HANA, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.
• At least four complete SAP project lifecycles delivered end to end.
• Experience with a minimum of two S/4HANA project types, such as Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid.
• Experience in transformation preparation work or Phase 0 activities.
• Ability to work with SAP toolchains at a hands-on level, including usage or administration.
• A current SAP certification in a relevant subject area.
• Strong customer-facing ability, including confidence engaging with middle management stakeholders.
• Proven capability to prepare solution proposals and estimate work accurately.
• A flexible, team-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset.

Preferred background

• Exposure to several SAP modules or different areas of the SAP product portfolio.
• Publications, speaking, or other thought leadership in SAP or a related industry domain.
