The work is expected to span major media, content channels, and experiential formats, and to be developed in a collaborative environment where ideas are tested, refined, and pushed forward quickly.
The team expects someone who is comfortable making things directly, whether that means designing, writing, editing, or building rough prototypes. The role also emphasizes the ability to inspire others, provide and receive direct creative feedback, and keep projects moving toward strong, original outcomes.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Nine or more years working in a creative discipline such as writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, or photography.
- A portfolio that shows creative work in areas such as brand, interactive, conceptual, experiential, or technology-focused design.
- Experience at an advanced level of ownership and decision-making, including solving unclear problems and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Eleven or more years of experience in a creative discipline.
- Hands-on experience with production equipment such as cameras, microphones, and basic lighting tools.
- Knowledge of film or commercial production workflows from early script development through editorial work and finishing preparation.
- Familiarity with generative AI workflows and Google Workspace for collaboration.
- Ability to quickly prototype stories using editing and animation techniques in a resourceful, practical way.
