Celonis is hiring a senior Client Value Partner focused on the consumer packaged goods sector in London. This position sits within the wider Value Engineering organization and is designed to play a central role in the companyâs growth by helping strategic customers achieve major business outcomes through Celonisâ process intelligence platform. The role is highly customer-facing, executive-level, and cross-functional, with responsibility for guiding large enterprise accounts through transformation, adoption, and measurable value realization.
In this position, you would act as the primary accountable leader for customer success across strategic CPG accounts. You would work closely with senior customer executives, including C-level stakeholders, to define a long-term vision for how Celonis can support business transformation. You would also coordinate the internal Celonis teams needed to deliver on that vision, ensuring the right expertise is brought in from across the company. The role is not limited to account management; it also includes shaping strategy, driving adoption, resolving escalations, and helping customers build the organizational capabilities needed to sustain value over time.
What you would do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end customer value journey for strategic consumer packaged goods accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders inside the customer organization and within Celonis, including senior and C-level leaders.
- Align Celonis with the customerâs strategic goals and ensure the platform becomes embedded in those priorities.
- Lead and coordinate large teams of Celonis specialists, making sure engagements are staffed appropriately across functions such as servicing, product, and engineering.
- Work with executive stakeholders to define a long-term transformation vision and mobilize the internal resources needed to support it.
- Help customers design and mature Centers of Excellence and organizational structures that increase platform adoption.
- Create and maintain program roadmaps and detailed value plans with senior customer stakeholders.
- Use executive communication, product knowledge, and CPG industry expertise to influence decision-makers and move initiatives forward.
- Drive delivery alignment so that Celonis supports the customer in solving critical business challenges.
- Resolve customer escalations by bringing together internal teams quickly and effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in a way that supports customer satisfaction and adoption targets.
- Coach and mentor team members, support their development, and share feedback with managers on team performance.
- Lead customer advisory boards that surface industry challenges, innovation opportunities, and product feedback.
- Act as the customerâs voice inside Celonis so that product and service decisions reflect real market needs.
- Work with the customer advocacy function to shape advocacy strategies and increase customer visibility.
- Represent Celonis at conferences, webinars, and other industry events, including through thought leadership and public speaking.
- Contribute to innovation efforts, new domain-specific assets, and practical tools, playbooks, and resources for the value engineering team.
What Celonis is looking for
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or a similar field, with direct experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- A strong track record of leading large transformation programs, process redesign efforts, and implementation work.
- Experience with AI-led transformation is a plus.
- Deep familiarity with change management and the ability to help organizations adopt new ways of working.
- The ability to work effectively in large global organizations and influence outcomes through facts, data, and confidence.
- Experience partnering with internal teams to shape, position, and sell opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads.
- A consultative approach when engaging senior executives.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire teams with a patient, entrepreneurial style.
- Good project management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset and a strong team orientation.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with many stakeholders.
