This role sits within Googleâs marketing organization and focuses on growing paid subscriptions for Google AI Pro and Google AI Plus across the EMEA region. It is a regional marketing position with responsibility for shaping strategy, adapting global programs for local markets, and working closely with both global and local stakeholders to improve subscriber growth and campaign performance.

What you will do
- Own the regional strategy for increasing paid users of Google AI Pro and Google AI Plus in EMEA, including spotting the most promising growth opportunities and deciding where to prioritise markets and investment.
- Partner with local teams on co-marketing work by providing ready-to-use templates and toolkits and helping them execute integrated marketing plans.
- Act as the EMEA voice within global marketing groups, helping shape worldwide programs and making sure regional growth opportunities are represented.
- Take globally developed initiatives and adapt them for EMEA markets, including direct response campaigns and partner toolkits.
- Design and lead regional scaled marketing programs from end to end, including activities that build awareness and engagement earlier in the funnel.
- Create a structured testing-and-learning environment so campaigns can be continuously refined and improved.
- Use AI-based workflows and tools to improve marketing productivity and overall impact.
- Work with regional go-to-market partners to sharpen priorities and increase the effectiveness of regional execution.
- Help deliver a personalised customer journey that moves users toward paid engagement with Google and supports growth in paid starts.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least six years of experience in marketing, with exposure to one or more areas such as growth, product marketing, brand, or social marketing.
- Experience leading projects that require coordination across functions, teams, or business areas.
- Consulting experience and experience using behavioural marketing data are desirable.
- Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with Googleâs products and the technology industry are desirable.
- Experience running campaigns from planning through execution and measurement, including target setting, budget management, and performance reporting, is desirable.
- Experience with market prioritisation and investment allocation is desirable.
- Knowledge of owned and external digital media channels, as well as first-party data and privacy requirements, is desirable.
- Ability to manage complex programs with global, regional, and local stakeholders is desirable.
- Ability to influence global product and marketing programs while supporting local market partners effectively is desirable.
- Because the role is at a mid-career level, the successful candidate should be comfortable operating with deeper expertise and helping guide more junior team members.
- English fluency is required unless the posting states otherwise.
Compensation and benefits
- For Spain, the listed salary range is â¬90,000 to â¬92,500.
- The package includes a 15% bonus target.
