Qualifications Bachelor’s
Category IT Jobs
Job Type Full Time

This role sits within Google’s technical solutions organization supporting advertising clients and product partners, with a focus on the mobile app and gaming ecosystem. The position is centered on building strong technical relationships, helping partners solve complex implementation challenges, and turning product capabilities into practical solutions that support business growth. You would work across engineering, sales, product management, and go-to-market teams to shape how Google’s advertising and partnership products are deployed, supported, and improved.

The work combines technical consulting, partner management, solution design, and operational support. You would be expected to understand both the technical and business sides of mobile advertising, translate partner needs into workable implementations, and help scale support through tools, documentation, and repeatable processes. The role also contributes feedback from the market back into product strategy so that Google can prioritize improvements that matter to partners.

What you will do

  • Develop strong knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and Google’s related products so you can design effective solutions and implementation approaches for partners.
  • Manage technical relationships with mobile app developers, making sure Google’s product set is aligned with their commercial goals and long-term engagement needs.
  • Take ownership of technical issues raised by business teams and clients, and build supporting assets such as tools, documentation, and workflows that can be used across the EMEA region.
  • Identify practical ways of working that improve business processes, speed up adoption of products, and create a scalable model for partner success.
  • Act as a bridge between the market and internal product teams, feeding partner and customer insights into strategy, product design, and prioritization discussions with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the technical delivery of Google’s online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships, from early concept and testing through analysis and ongoing support.
  • Balance partner expectations, business objectives, and technical constraints while proposing innovative solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to building automation and internal tools that improve the way partnerships and product operations are run.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related subject, or equivalent practical experience gained in the field.
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Ability to read and write code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working as a developer in mobile apps, either on iOS or Android, or a solid understanding of the mobile advertising business generation environment.
  • Experience using SQL.
  • Experience working with technical partners such as Product, Engineering, or Business teams to solve problems that are not clearly defined.
  • Skill in explaining technical concepts in a way that is clear and useful for non-technical colleagues, clients, or partners.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, including experience diagnosing customer issues at the code level or within broader system implementations.
  • English fluency, since Google states that English proficiency is required for all roles unless the posting says otherwise.
  • The posting labels the role as early-career, indicating it is aimed at someone who can complete assigned work, collaborate closely with teammates, and continue building expertise.
