Job Type Full Time

This role sits within Google’s technical solutions and customer support organization for advertising and partner products. It is focused on helping major clients and product partners succeed by combining technical expertise, product understanding, and business awareness. The position is centered on the mobile advertising ecosystem and on supporting mobile app developers and related partners across the EMEA region.

In this role, you would act as a technical advisor and problem-solver for important advertising customers and product partners. You would work closely with teams across Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Go-to-Market to design and deliver solutions that fit partner needs while staying aligned with Google’s technical constraints and product direction. The work spans the full lifecycle of a solution, from early concept and design through testing, analysis, implementation, and ongoing support.

The position also involves building scalable support mechanisms. That includes creating tools, automating workflows, documenting processes, and improving how technical issues are handled so that support can be delivered more efficiently across the region. In addition, the role contributes to product strategy by feeding market insights back to internal teams and helping shape priorities, design decisions, and future development.

What you will do

  • Develop strong knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem so you can design technical solutions and implementation approaches for partners.
  • Lead technical conversations and projects with mobile app developers, making sure Google’s product set supports their business objectives and helps drive long-term growth and engagement.
  • Manage technical escalations raised by business teams and customers, and proactively build tools, documentation, and workflows that make support easier to scale across EMEA.
  • Identify practical best practices that improve business processes, speed up adoption of Google products, and create a repeatable model for partner success.
  • Serve as a bridge between the market and internal product teams, sharing feedback that influences strategy, product design, and prioritization in partnership with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to apply emerging technologies to external client and partner needs.
  • Contribute to the technical execution and business operations of Google’s online advertising platforms and/or partner relationships.
  • Help create tools and automation that improve products and make support more efficient.
  • Support product strategy by helping prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Ability to read and write code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in mobile app development, either on iOS or Android, or a solid understanding of the mobile advertising business.
  • Experience using SQL.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Business teams to solve problems that are not clearly defined.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas in a clear and practical way to non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including experience resolving customer-facing issues in code or in broader system implementations.
  • Comfort working at an early-career level, where you complete assigned work with guidance while building knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
  • English fluency, since Google says English proficiency is required for all roles unless a posting says otherwise.
