This role sits within Googleâs gTech organization and focuses on the technical relationship with major advertising customers and product partners. The position is centered on helping external partners succeed by combining technical expertise, product knowledge, and a strong understanding of business needs. In this role, you would work across engineering, sales, and product management to shape and deliver solutions that use Googleâs technologies effectively for clients and partners.
The work spans the full lifecycle of technical partnership support, from early concept development and testing through data analysis, implementation, and ongoing support. You would be expected to balance commercial goals with technical constraints, create practical and innovative solutions, and act as both a consultant and a trusted technical advisor. The role also includes building tools, automating processes, improving how partnerships are supported, and helping influence product direction based on what is learned from the market.
What you will do
- Develop strong knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and Googleâs related products so you can design effective solutions and implementation approaches for partners.
- Lead technical conversations and projects with mobile app developers, making sure Googleâs product set is aligned with their business goals and growth plans.
- Own and resolve technical issues raised by business teams and clients, while also creating documentation, workflows, and tools that make support more scalable across EMEA.
- Identify practical ways of working that improve business execution, speed up adoption of Google products, and create a repeatable model for partner success.
- Act as a bridge between the market and Googleâs product teams by bringing back customer and partner feedback that helps shape strategy, design, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering to influence product decisions and ensure partner needs are reflected in future planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams to introduce emerging technologies into external solutions and partnerships.
- Oversee technical delivery and the operational side of Googleâs advertising platforms and product partnerships.
- Build tools and automation that improve product support and help scale partnership operations.
- Contribute to product strategy and help determine which initiatives, projects, and resources should be prioritized.
What you need
- A bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Ability to read and write code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience working with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred background in mobile app development for iOS or Android, or familiarity with the mobile advertising and app ecosystem.
- Preferred experience using SQL.
- Preferred experience working with Product, Engineering, or Business teams to solve problems that are not clearly defined.
- Preferred ability to explain technical topics in a way that is clear and useful for non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
- Preferred strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including experience resolving customer-facing issues in code or in larger system implementations.
- English proficiency is required for all roles unless the posting says otherwise.

Compensation and benefits
- For France, the posted salary range is â¬64,000 to â¬66,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- For Ireland, the posted salary range is â¬68,000 to â¬70,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
