This position is for an experienced program leader who will guide and govern large-scale AI transformation work for clients across the UK and Europe. The role calls for someone who can operate as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders while driving delivery across complex programs that combine artificial intelligence, generative AI, agentic AI, data modernization, digital engineering, and broader enterprise change. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients realize business value from AI adoption, while also managing the organizational and operational changes needed to make that transformation stick.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for major AI transformation engagements, spanning generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, data modernization, and digital engineering initiatives.
  • Shape the overall transformation approach by defining the program vision, delivery roadmap, governance structure, value-realization method, and strategy so that it supports the client’s business priorities.
  • Encourage adoption of AI across business functions by helping redesign operating models, rework processes, and manage organizational change.
  • Coordinate multi-workstream programs that involve business, technology, data, security, and operations teams working across different geographies.
  • Set up and maintain strong governance mechanisms, including steering committees, PMO controls, risk management processes, and reporting routines.
  • Monitor delivery to ensure the program stays on track for scope, budget, timeline, quality, and intended business outcomes.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders such as CXOs, business leaders, and AI leaders.
  • Support commercial growth by contributing to RFPs, proposals, solution design, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Identify ways to expand AI-led transformation work and help create measurable business value for clients.
  • Work alongside account leadership teams to support customer success and long-term strategic engagement.
  • Lead distributed teams that may include program managers, AI consultants, architects, data scientists, engineers, change managers, and business analysts.
  • Foster a team culture built on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What the role requires

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs in AI, data, cloud, digital, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI and autonomous workflow design.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and security considerations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly with executive audiences.
  • Experience in consulting, technology services, or global systems integration is desirable.
  • Professional credentials such as PMP, PgPg, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, and quality focus are expected.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills are important.
