| Qualifications | Not Specified |
| Category | Marketing Jobs |
| Job Type | Full Time |
| Location | Rest of UK |
This role is for a Brand/Visual Designer working on behalf of a partner company. Applications and the rest of the hiring process are handled by that partner, not by Jobgether directly. The opportunity is based in the United Kingdom and is focused on helping a fast-growing business define, strengthen, and scale its visual identity across every major customer touchpoint.
The position combines strategic brand thinking with practical design execution. The designer will shape how the company is seen by enterprise customers and industry decision-makers, while also building the systems and assets needed to keep the brand consistent as the business expands. The work spans digital, print, events, and broader marketing experiences, and it requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
What you will do
- Take responsibility for the brandâs creative direction and day-to-day visual execution, making sure the output stays consistent, polished, and effective across all channels.
- Develop and evolve the brand identity across online and offline experiences, maintaining a strong and coherent visual standard.
- Lead the creative approach for websites, landing pages, campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, social media assets, and other brand-related work.
- Design event experiences and supporting materials, such as conference assets, booth graphics, activations, and other physical brand touchpoints.
- Build design systems, templates, and reusable frameworks that help teams create high-quality assets more efficiently as the company grows.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to turn messaging and positioning into compelling visual stories.
- Question briefs when needed and contribute strategic creative input to improve the final outcome.
- Take projects from concept through final delivery, balancing speed, quality, and business needs.
- Help ensure the brand is presented strongly to enterprise audiences and industry leaders through thoughtful, high-impact design.
What the company is looking for
- At least 4 years of design experience, ideally gained in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a creative agency, or a similar environment.
- A strong portfolio showing breadth across brand identity, web design, print, events, and other visual design work.
- Experience creating and improving brand systems rather than only working within pre-existing guidelines.
- The ability to develop a clear creative point of view and explain design decisions confidently to others.
- A strong grasp of B2B branding, audience perception, and visual storytelling for business audiences.
- The ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on production while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Advanced ability in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Webflow experience, or experience with a similar web design platform, is a plus.
- A proactive, self-directed working style with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate with limited guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- A multidisciplinary mindset and the confidence to manage work end to end in a fast-moving setting.
What is offered
- A competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 USD.
- Equity in the range of $33,000 to $52,000 USD.
- A fully remote setup, with flexibility to work from home or from coworking spaces.
- 27 days of paid time off, including public holidays.
- Support for home office setup, internet costs, and phone expenses.
- A learning and development budget that can be used for courses, certifications, and other growth opportunities.
- Potential visa sponsorship support for relocation opportunities.
- A high-autonomy role with meaningful ownership and strong potential for long-term growth.
- The opportunity to help shape the visual identity of a rapidly growing technology company.
- A fast-paced, high-trust culture where the role has direct influence on business direction and product growth.
