What you will do

  • Investigate issues in products or systems, identify root causes, and help resolve them by analyzing how they affect hardware, network behavior, or service operations and quality.

What the role is looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or one year of experience if you hold an advanced degree.
  • At least two years of experience developing Android applications.
  • At least two years of experience working with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience building technologies that are accessible to users with different needs.
  • Experience using machine learning in an engineering context.
  • Experience with machine learning infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.

Preferred background

  • Experience with accessible technology development is especially valued.
  • Machine learning experience is preferred, particularly where it involves infrastructure and operational aspects rather than only model design.
