What you will do

  • Serve as the go-to expert for the business areas you own, developing insights that support both immediate decisions and longer-term planning.
  • Lead EMEA-wide cross-functional programs by coordinating many stakeholders and managing activities such as business cadence planning, investigative workstreams, and operational improvements.
  • Build and run a dependable reporting cadence that produces polished executive-level materials with clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Partner with sales leadership on the initiatives they are prioritizing and help drive those efforts forward.
  • Use analysis to improve visibility into the EMEA Cloud business, including identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas that need closer monitoring.
  • Provide insights to global leadership about EMEA performance and work with the global Strategy and Operations team on improving processes and operations.
  • Act as the bridge between global guidance and local implementation, helping ensure strategy is translated into effective day-to-day execution.

What the role requires

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience gained through work.
  • At least 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory work.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, including building dashboards, writing SQL queries, and using AI tools as part of the analysis process.
  • Experience with analytics or business intelligence tools such as spreadsheets, dashboards, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar products.
  • The ability to work effectively in less structured settings, deal with ambiguity, create order and direction as you go, and focus on practical solutions.
  • Strong executive presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience level aligned to a mid-level role, with enough depth to make progress, solve problems, and support more junior team members where needed.
