What the role involves
- Acting as a senior consultant who contributes across multiple stages of the consulting lifecycle.
- Taking ownership of problem definition, solution shaping, and solution refinement.
- Supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of the overall technical solution.
- Leading and advising teams on delivery processes and expected outputs.
- Helping with proposal development, client-facing training, and internal capability development.
- Working with stakeholders to clarify project scope and define what needs to be delivered.
- Creating performance-focused solutions that help clients respond to changing business and technology demands.
- Independently managing end-to-end performance engineering work.
- Performing performance testing across web, mobile, batch, and BI environments.
- Using monitoring and test management tools to support analysis and quality assurance.
Experience and technical background needed
- Seven or more years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
- Practical experience with LoadRunner.
- Hands-on use of Web, TruClient, and Web Services protocols.
- Strong knowledge of web HTTP/HTML and Oracle NCA LoadRunner scripting.
- Experience testing native mobile applications, mobile web, batch systems, and BI applications.
- Ability to work independently across the full performance engineering lifecycle.
- Client engagement experience with strong communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, and Oracle database monitoring and analysis.
- Hands-on use of ELK and ScienceLogic monitoring tools.
- Experience using Quality Center as a test management platform.
- Preferred exposure to Azure, AWS, and cloud DevOps practices.
- Functional understanding of Oracle Payroll, e-learning, and HR modules.
