You will be expected to understand the technical and commercial needs of mobile app developers, align Googleâs product suite to those needs, and help shape how Googleâs advertising platforms and partnership tools are implemented and improved. The job also includes supporting the broader EMEA region by creating scalable processes, documentation, and tools that reduce repeated issues and improve the partner experience.
What you will do
- Develop strong knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem so you can design technical solutions and implementation approaches for partners.
- Own technical engagement with mobile app developers and connect Googleâs products to their business goals in ways that support growth and deeper engagement.
- Work with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver technical support and partner solutions across functions.
- Investigate and resolve technical escalations raised by business teams and customers, then turn common issues into reusable tools, documentation, and workflows that can scale across EMEA.
- Identify effective practices that simplify business operations, improve product adoption, and create a repeatable model for partner success.
- Act as a bridge between market feedback and product teams, helping influence strategy, product design, and prioritization.
- Oversee technical execution and business operations for Googleâs advertising platforms and/or product partnerships, including concept development, testing, analysis, and support.
- Balance partner needs with technical constraints while proposing creative, practical solutions and serving as a consultant to stakeholders.
- Build tools and automation that improve products and partnership operations.
- Contribute to product strategy and help prioritize projects and resources.
What the role requires
- A bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Ability to read and write code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred background in mobile app development, either on iOS or Android, or familiarity with the mobile ad business generation industry.
- Preferred experience working with SQL.
- Preferred experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or Business teams to solve unclear or ambiguous problems.
- Preferred ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences and external partners.
- Preferred strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including experience diagnosing customer-facing issues in code or in larger system implementations.
- This is an early-career level role, suited to someone who can complete assigned work with direction while learning from teammates and building knowledge of the relevant processes and concepts.

Compensation and location
The posting says pay depends on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The listed compensation ranges are location-specific and include salary, a bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- France: â¬64,000 to â¬66,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Ireland: â¬68,000 to â¬70,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
