BlackRock is recruiting for its 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme across the EMEA region. This is a two-year early-career programme built to help new analysts connect their interests and strengths with the firm’s mission, principles, and long-term purpose. The experience begins with an orientation that introduces participants to BlackRock’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with an overview of what analysts do in their day-to-day work. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through training and professional learning opportunities while staying connected with colleagues around the world.

The programme is intended to give participants meaningful exposure to the firm and the chance to contribute to BlackRock’s wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. It is a full-time analyst programme for the 2027 recruitment cycle, with opportunities available in multiple EMEA locations.

What you will do

  • Join a structured two-year analyst programme designed to support your development at the start of your career.
  • Begin with an orientation that explains BlackRock’s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.
  • Learn how analyst roles operate in practice and gain insight into the daily responsibilities of the position.
  • Move into a team after orientation and contribute to real work within the business.
  • Stay engaged with colleagues across different regions through continued training and development activities.
  • Help advance BlackRock’s broader mission of supporting financial well-being for more people.

Who can apply

  • Applicants must be due to complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • Candidates from any degree background are welcome; the programme is not limited to a specific subject area.
  • For positions in Continental Europe, applicants need to speak the relevant local language fluently.
  • English is the only language requirement for Budapest, and it is also sufficient for roles in Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
  • The programme start date is in August, although BlackRock may consider earlier start dates in some cases.

Application process

  • After submitting an application, candidates receive an email inviting them to complete a pre-interview assessment.
  • The assessment must be completed within five days of receipt.
  • If the assessment is not submitted within that window, the application is automatically withdrawn.
  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.
