AlphaSights brings together ambitious people from around the world to help leading investment funds, strategy consultancies, and large global companies access specialist knowledge. The business connects clients with niche experts so they can make better decisions and move projects forward. What you will do
- Act as the key link between clients and experts, making sure the right people are connected to the right projects.
- Handle client-expert communication throughout the full project cycle, with a substantial amount of time spent speaking by phone with experts to screen them and negotiate terms so the strongest possible matches can be put forward.
- Work on several live assignments at once for clients such as investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organizations.
- Use AI-supported sourcing tools to analyze complex industry structures and identify experts who are relevant to each request.
- Assess the commercial situation behind each project, along with the market environment and the legal and regulatory framework affecting the client and the expert.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, and Shanghai who co-lead Asia-related client projects.
- Operate in a fast-moving, highly communication-heavy role that requires strong multitasking across parallel workstreams and the ability to perform under pressure.

- Exposure to the business world without being limited to one industry or profession.
- Transferable commercial and client management capabilities.

- Private health insurance and dental insurance.
- 25 days of holiday, in addition to bank holidays and the office closure period over Christmas and New Year.
