What you will do
- Prepare immigration casework for submissions with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Support Immigration Advisors by taking ownership of the core casework needed for visa and sponsorship applications.
- Maintain high standards for application quality while also meeting demanding turnaround expectations.
- Track submission performance, including metrics such as approval and rejection rates.
- Work within Borderless’s own platform as part of the day-to-day casework process.
- Partner with teams across customer success, operations, support, and product to remove obstacles and improve internal workflows.
- Contribute to a seamless and compliant customer experience by helping resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Interview process
- A 30-minute screening conversation with Talent.
- A 45-minute interview with the Senior Product Operations Manager.
- A final in-person interview with the team and the hiring manager.
Working pattern and location
The role is based at the London HQ and follows a hybrid working model. The standard arrangement is three days in the office and two days working remotely. In addition, the company offers a one-week work-from-anywhere policy.
