The team focuses on delivering data quickly and accurately, while also improving workflows and building technology-driven solutions that strengthen systems, products, and processes.
In this role, you would join the OTC Fixed Income Pricing area as a senior data management professional and data product owner. The position is centered on shaping and executing data strategies that bring in new content, improve the value of existing datasets, and ensure the data offering remains commercially strong, high quality, and aligned with changing client requirements. The role has a particular emphasis on corporates and sovereigns.
What you would do

- Work closely with internal partners and senior stakeholders to understand their priorities and keep the content strategy aligned with business needs.
- Ensure existing datasets are usable, accessible, and appropriate for their intended purpose so the investment in onboarding content delivers strong returns.
- Own and deliver data quality initiatives, selecting and advancing projects according to shifting commercial and business priorities.
- Oversee the budget and third-party content spend within the area, and improve those commercial arrangements to maximize value for Bloomberg and its customers.
- Lead campaigns across OTC Pricing that bring together Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers around shared goals.
- Identify gaps in the current product set and broaden the offering to support new and emerging client use cases.
- Act as a representative and advocate for the fixed income content that underpins the product, as well as for the Content Acquisition team across the wider company.
- Coordinate with teams across regions and functions to turn strategy into measurable outcomes in a complex and rapidly changing market.
What Bloomberg is looking for
- A bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, STEM, or a closely related equivalent qualification.
- At least four years working in financial markets, with deep knowledge of fixed income markets, including market structure, current trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions across different functions, geographies, and levels of seniority.
- Experience converting strategic vision into practical goals and measurable results for regional teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-regional coordination, execution, and clear communication.
- A strategic, action-oriented approach, with the confidence to make decisions even when information is incomplete.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bloomberg notes that the stated years of experience are only a guide and that it will consider applicants who can demonstrate the necessary skills even if they do not meet the exact experience figure.
