Qualifications Bachelor’s (with 2:1)
Category General Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location London

This graduate compliance position sits within AlphaSights’ legal and compliance function and is based in London. The role is part of a high-performing international team that works closely with the company’s core delivery groups to make sure clients receive service that meets rigorous compliance standards while still supporting the firm’s commercial growth. The work is fast-moving, cross-functional, and centered on solving problems, spotting risk early, and helping shape the policies and processes that guide the business.

In this role, you would be responsible for monitoring client activity, identifying and reducing compliance risks, and advising delivery teams on the projects they are handling. You would also contribute to the creation and rollout of new policies and compliance tools, help anticipate obstacles that could affect the business, and support colleagues through training and day-to-day guidance. The position is designed to build strong skills in communication, prioritization, project management, and client management through exposure to multiple short- and long-term workstreams at once.

What you would do

  • Keep an eye on active client projects so that possible compliance issues are identified early and addressed before they become larger problems.
  • Provide practical guidance to delivery teams as they work on live assignments.
  • Collaborate with regional and global colleagues on both immediate and longer-term initiatives that help define and raise standards in a rapidly expanding sector.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across different locations to move projects ahead and improve processes, behaviors, and operational practices.
  • Help create and implement global policies and procedures that protect clients and support compliant service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training for delivery teams, including in-person sessions and e-learning content.
  • Monitor client requests and think ahead about potential business challenges or roadblocks.
  • Contribute to the development of new compliance products and policy solutions that support the company’s growth.
