Company Name Blackrock
Job Role Analytics & Risk – Risk & Quantitative Analysis – 2027 Analyst Program
Qualifications Bachelor’s
Category IT Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location London

This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-careers candidates across the EMEA region. It is designed to help new analysts connect their individual interests and strengths with BlackRock’s mission, principles, and purpose, while building practical experience and professional capability from the start of their careers.

The programme begins with an orientation that introduces BlackRock’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, and also gives candidates a sense of what the day-to-day analyst experience looks like. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through ongoing learning, training, and professional development opportunities. The programme is intended to give analysts a meaningful role in the firm and a chance to contribute to BlackRock’s wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being.

What you will do

  • Join a two-year analyst programme and take part in a structured early-careers experience.
  • Attend an initial orientation that covers the firm’s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.
  • Learn what the analyst role involves in practice and how the wider organisation operates.
  • Move into a team after orientation and contribute to its everyday work.
  • Stay engaged with colleagues across the globe through continuing training and development.
  • Use the programme to build skills, grow professionally, and make a lasting contribution to the organisation.
  • Complete the required pre-interview assessment after applying, within the five-day deadline.

Who can apply

  • Candidates must be due to graduate with either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • Applicants from any degree discipline are welcome.
  • For roles in Continental Europe, candidates need the appropriate local language fluency for the location.
  • For Budapest, English is the only language requirement.
  • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is the only language requirement.
  • Applicants should be prepared for an August start date, although earlier starts may be considered.
  • Candidates should apply by the deadline for their chosen location and should not wait until the last minute, because applications are assessed on a rolling basis.

Application process

After submitting an application, candidates receive an email asking them to complete a pre-interview assessment. That assessment must be finished within five days of the email being sent. If it is not completed in time, the application is automatically withdrawn.

Application deadlines vary by location. The listed deadlines are 30 September 2026 for London, Edinburgh, Paris, and Zurich; 30 October 2026 for Milan and Amsterdam; 13 November 2026 for Frankfurt, Munich, and Copenhagen; and 31 January 2027 for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, and Riyadh. Because applications are reviewed as they come in, early submission is encouraged.
